Refund & Cancellation Policy


We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to work with you. However, due to the custom nature of our services and materials, the following policy applies:

Deposits:
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. This covers planning time and any upfront material purchases.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made 14+ days before the event are eligible for a refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days of the event are not eligible for a refund, but we may offer a credit toward a future event (based on availability).

Rescheduling:
We allow one complimentary reschedule if notified at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability.

Weather & Force Majeure:
For outdoor events, we strongly recommend a backup plan. We do not offer refunds due to weather, but will work with you to adjust or reschedule if possible.
