We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to work with you. However, due to the custom nature of our services and materials, the following policy applies:
Deposits:
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date. This covers planning time and any upfront material purchases.
Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 14+ days before the event are eligible for a refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days of the event are not eligible for a refund, but we may offer a credit toward a future event (based on availability).
Rescheduling:
We allow one complimentary reschedule if notified at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability.
Weather & Force Majeure:
For outdoor events, we strongly recommend a backup plan. We do not offer refunds due to weather, but will work with you to adjust or reschedule if possible.
