Hi, I’m Chloe “Clo” Walker — born and raised right here in Fort Worth, Texas. I grew up in the church, where I found my love for serving others and creating moments that matter. Helping people — whether it’s through a perfectly decorated party or just showing up when it counts — has always been at the heart of who I am.
Our Story: How Clo’s Party Service Was Born
Clo’s Party Service LLC, where every celebration gets a custom touch of joy, color, and creativity.
As the oldest of five siblings, I’ve always been the one who was in charge (for the most part anyways) , however my Mom was always more of the artsy-crafty person in the family. She was always organizing/decorating for different holiday, events, and especially our birthday parties . From a young age, I learned how powerful a well-decorated space could be — how thoughtful details could turn a regular day into a memory. And hey like they say the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree!
I spent over 10 years working in the food service industry, learning how to hustle, multitask, and serve people with care. But even after hitting my highest hourly wage ever, I was still living paycheck to paycheck. I realized I needed more — not just financially, but creatively and personally. That’s when I decided to turn my mom endowed gift for party planning into something real.
Clo’s Party Service LLC was built out of passion, grit, and the belief that every occasion deserves to shine. From balloon décor to event styling, I bring big energy, bold ideas, and detailed execution to birthday parties, corporate events, baby showers, and everything in between.
What started as a side hustle has grown into a full-service party decorating business that plans on servicing families and businesses across the DFW area. Whether you’re planning a team event or a toddler’s first birthday, we’re here to make it beautiful, seamless, and unforgettable.
